Capt. Meow and crew are in the Atlantic looking for the lost city of Atlantis when a storm begins to sink their ship the research vessel Deep Blue . A mayday is sent out and all seems lost when a giant craft appears and hovering over their ship begins to lift it out of the ocean . After transporting them and the ship to an Island where an Alien requests the Captains help to bring in a intergalatic criminal known as the Chameleon in exchange will give him superior fighting skills , weapons and reanimation to do the job required .
